Stallone has reportedly sparked fury from neighbors with his plans to build an underwater barrier to keep boaters away.

Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone made a plea during the Town Council meeting in Palm Beach as he fought to built an underwater barrier near his $35 million mansion.

During a hastily called special Town Council meeting in Palm Beach on Thursday, Stallone initially made a case for his barrier, citing concerns for marine life and water quality. "We wanted to bring back this, it’s almost a sanctuary," he said. His wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, also attended the meeting.
