Like Thanos collecting the Infinity Stones, the Oklahoma City Thunder are almost fully healthy. After missing the first 27 games due to a nagging hamstring strain, Jaylin Williams made his 2024-25 season debut in a 123-105 win over the Washington Wizards.

One player, in particular, who has seen his role dwindle, is Aaron Wiggins, who received a five-year, $45 million contract this past offseason. Despite landing that big contract and raise, the role player has slowly seen the hardwood less and less for Oklahoma City, and Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault has a reason for such.
