Former Australia batter Mark Waugh has criticised the ICC for giving Indian superstar Virat Kohli a 'light punishment' for his shoulder charge against debutant Sam Konstas.

As reported by Cricbuzz, Virat Kohli has been fined 20 percent of his match fees for his behavior towards Sam Konstas. Kohli accepted the charge without contesting it. Additionally, he has received one demerit point, resulting in no suspension being imposed.
