FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - A Henry County man has been arrested after an investigation into reports of drug trafficking at an inn in Franklin County.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, 58-year-old Teddy Oneal Williams was charged with manslaughter after deputies found 43-year-old Aaron Motes dead from a gunshot wound.
