McClure and Chacon were at the top of the crane with parachutes when officers arrived, a news release said. Officers told them to get down, but the pair refused, according to arrest warrants.
The pair ignored the officers' requests to come down. Moments after, the two men jumped from the crane, and their parachutes deployed, eventually landing on the city hall parking platform.
