News of players coming in and out of the transfer portal for Ohio State continues to be a thing during this whole College Football Playoff national title run. There have been more than a handful of pl

George Fitzpatrick became the third offensive lineman to enter the transfer portal, doing so just days after the Buckeyes’ win over Oregon in the Rose Bowl. He joins Zen Michalski (Indiana) and Miles Walker (Boise State), who’ve already found new homes.

While the Ohio State Buckeyes are in pursuit of a National Championship, the program still remains active in the transfer portal. Despite still being in season, the Buckeyes continue to prove their willingness to utilize the portal to prepare for the future.

There has certainly been more early activity in the transfer portal for Ohio State than we’ve seen in year’s past, especially considering the Buckeyes are in the throws of a College Football Playoff national championship chase.
