Donald Trump's border czar wants $86 billion to help fund mass deportation efforts claiming the move in the long run will "save billions of dollars in taxpayers money."

Tom Homan, the incoming border czar, on Thursday floated the idea of having the children of migrants in halfway homes as part of a mass deportation plan.
