The Cincinnati Bengals are far from the only team in search of a new defensive coordinator after firing Lou Anarumo. The Indianapolis Colts are also starting that process about 112 miles northwest and will be interviewing Anarumo next week,

Brian Callahan and the Tennessee Titans secured the top pick with a 3-14 record. The New England Patriots held that spot prior to their regular-season finale, but a win over the Buffalo Bills dropped them to No. 4 at 4-13. The Cleveland Browns (3-14) finished with the No. 2 pick and the New York Giants (3-14) were slotted No. 3.

The Cleveland Browns have a lot to decide before having any chance of talking about the NFL playoffs next season. A new offensive coordinator, offensive system, likely a new quarterback and how they will use the second overall pick in the NFL draft lead the way but are not the only discussion points.
