As for food, Fieri said he picked some of the restaurants from his long list of favorites that he has visited for his show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" and a few other spots on his radar in Louisiana. The list was whittled down to 11 restaurants, and each will have complimentary bites for attendees and food for purchase.

In the latest episode, Fieri visits makes his way to Tallahassee's very own Backwoods Crossing for "craveable crab cakes and corn fritters."
