New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said after a video was released that she “was outraged and horrified after seeing footage of the senseless killing of Robert Brooks.”

Robert Brooks died after a savage attack at a New York prison this month that was captured by several officers’ body-worn cameras.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is scheduled to speak at 12 P.M. ET following the fatal beating of an inmate at a prison outside Syracuse.
