The Auburn Tigers have exceptional talent and depth at the wide receiver position, and it's helped lead Sam Jackson to the transfer portal after one year on the Plains.

Lewis departs Auburn after appearing in 10 games during the 2024 season. He allowed eight total quarterback pressures, which resulted in four sacks and three additional quarterback hurries. He is the second offensive lineman from the 2024 season to enter the transfer portal, joining EJ Harris.

Including Jackson, Auburn football has three quarterbacks, three wide receivers, two offensive tackles and two tight ends who will be transferring out this offseason. Entering his third year as the Tigers' head coach, Hugh Freeze has an 11-14 record.

Auburn wide receiver Sam Jackson has entered the transfer portal according to On3’s Pete Nakos. Jackson started his career at TCU before transferring to Cal. He then transferred to Auburn and switched positions from quarterback to wide receiver.

Keionte Scott entered the transfer portal, taking advantage of the blanket waiver granting an additional year of eligibility for current NCAA Division I senior athletes who previously spent one season in junior college or at an NAIA school. The news of Scott’s entrance into the portal was first reported by Christian Clemente of 247Sports.

This season was another disappointing one for Hugh Freeze and the Auburn football team. The Tigers finished this season with a 5-7 record, and that was not good enough for a bowl game as six wins is needed.

UCLA: Bruins starter Ethan Garbers has no eligibility left and backup Justyn Martin transferred to Maryland. Former four-star commit Madden Iamaleava flipped to Arkansas during the early signing period. UCLA has a gaping hole at QB. As noted earlier, Aguilar could be a match here.

Auburn redshirt freshman safety C.J. Johnson has become the latest Tiger to enter the transfer portal, according to multiple reports. Christian Clemente of 247Sports was first to report the news. In his two years with the Tigers, Johnson saw no in game action.

Tawee Walker was a starter for the Sooners when the 2023 season opened, but decided to transfer at the end of the year and then had a breakout campaign with Wisconsin.
