On Saturday evening, detectives located Matara and his vehicle on the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard in Aberdeen, Maryland. Police said they found dismembered human remains in the vehicle and arrested Matara there. He was taken to a holding facility in Maryland and will be extradited to Delaware.
