Jon Stewart praised Vice President Kamala Harris for overseeing an orderly election certification ceremony on Monday, the fourth anniversary of the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection on the U.S. Capitol.

After a three-week break, Jon Stewart is back at “The Daily Show” desk to recount Vice President Kamala Harris certifying the presidential election of Donald Trump, which of course, took place on the four-year anniversary of the Capitol insurrection.

Jon Stewart winced at the certification ceremony, during which Vice President Kamala Harris had to read out her own defeat as members of Congress cheered.
