Russia attacked Ukraine’s energy system and some cities with cruise and ballistic missiles plus drones on Wednesday in an “inhuman” Christmas Day assault, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said.

The attack left a significant part of the city without heat and resulted in four casualties. Private residential buildings were also damaged by the Shahed attack. NPC Ukrenergo introduced special schedules for power outages in Kharkiv.
