The Cleveland Guardians ' front office has been busy over the last few weeks. Their latest move is officially complete, as the team announced on Monday evening that they had signed veteran 1B/DH Carlos Santana to a one-year deal for the 2025 season.

The Guardians then signed switch-hitting first baseman Carlos Santana, to a one-year, $12 million free agent contract. So, just before Christmas, Diamondbacks fans will get a tremendous prize in their stocking. Left-handed hitting Naylor, 27, hit 31 home runs, and drove in 108 runs for Cleveland in his 633 plate appearances this past season.
