CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot and critically wounded during a robbery at a store in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood in broad daylight Wednesday. At 12:31 p.m., a 51-year-old man was inside a retail store in the 7500 block of South Racine Avenue when two people came in.

A man and woman were arguing inside a home when the argument turned physical and the woman fired a gun, police said. The man was wounded and taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died.
